1. Service description
CareerForge provides an educational platform offering personalised training programmes designed to support career progression in technology roles.
2. Who can use CareerForge
CareerForge is invite-only. Access is granted only to applicants accepted by CareerForge after assessment.
3. Payment terms
Subscription arrangements are managed by CareerForge administrators. There is no self-serve checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Intellectual property
All platform materials, content, and training resources are owned by CareerForge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. User obligations
You must keep your login credentials secure, must not share account access, and must not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit CareerForge content without written permission.
6. Termination
CareerForge may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where misuse of the platform is detected.
7. Limitation of liability
CareerForge provides training and support, but specific employment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, CareerForge excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
