Click 'Apply for a Place', fill in a short form, and our team will review your application within 48 hours. If accepted, you'll be invited to join the next available cohort. Places are limited to ensure quality mentorship and support.
How long is the programme?+
Each cohort runs for 12 weeks. You'll go through assessment (weeks 1–2), intensive guided training (weeks 3–8), interview preparation (weeks 9–10), and placement support (weeks 11–12).
Is this a bootcamp?+
No. CareerForge is a structured, managed career accelerator — not a generic bootcamp. Think of it as a guided progression programme with personalised assessment, role-specific training, and direct employer introductions.
Do you support visa-sponsored roles?+
Yes. Our job matching engine includes visa-sponsored positions for international professionals who need sponsorship to work in the UK. You can filter for these roles throughout your placement journey.
